🥬 1. Green Iron-Boost Tonic Smoothie

Supports: Blood & energy (pairs with Iron Plus Tonic)
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dandelion greens or kale

  • 1 small burro banana

  • ½ cup seeded grapes

  • 1 tbsp sea moss gel

  • 1 tsp date sugar or pure agave nectar

  • 1 cup spring water or coconut water

Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Take with your daily dose of Iron Plus Tonic for maximum blood-building support.


🍲 2. Kidney-Nourish Veggie Soup

Supports: Kidney & urinary health (pairs with Kidneys Transformer)
Ingredients:

  • 1 handful zucchini

  • 1 handful turnip greens

  • ½ cup chayote squash

  • ¼ cup nopales (cactus)

  • 2 tbsp chopped boldo leaf (or steeped tea)

  • Sea salt and oregano to taste

Directions: Simmer ingredients in spring water for 20 minutes. Strain and sip slowly. Take with Kidneys Transformer for daily cleansing support.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp blue vervain

  • ½ tsp chamomile
